Add Your Own News Posts
In addition to your main, static, permanent Pages, you also have the option and ability to create, add and edit your own news type entries, which are called Posts.
These can be news, blogs or article type pieces of writing, or similar, and are often about current events, special offers, ‘How to do’s’, and so on. You can see my Articles and Blogs as examples of these here.
We will discuss, organise and design the way you might want to lay out your Posts. This optional extra feature may not be too important to you. It depends upon you.
In The Website Solution, Posts are displayed according to their type in the right column.
And once you have a few of them, all of the Posts you have written are also automatically archived for record, and these archives are also linked to from the right column.
